SNP Security Growth and Development Institute
At SNP Security, our strong learning culture sees continued business success through the ongoing development of our people. We advocate development in the workplace through multiple learning channels such as leadership programs, scholarships, site specific training packages and other formal programs.
The Learning and Development strategies for SNP Security employees have two major strategic focus points. These focus points aim to increase the confidence and knowledge of our frontline managers through Frontline Management Programs at a Certificate IV level and create a learning platform to transform traditional security to security with service through Customer Contact Certificate IV.
Our investment in education and training for our people has grown substantially in recent years. Last financial year, SNP Security invested heavily in staff development, offering over seven different qualifications to various levels of the business. Frontline managers were accredited as ‘leaders of people’ with portable qualifications that can benefit them wherever their careers take them.
SNP was recently selected as the winner of the NSW Business Chamber’s Roger Pysden Business Innovation Award for excellence in the growth, development and investment we have made in our people.
