Tom Roche, Managing Director
Tom Roche assumed the leadership role at SNP Security in 1995. From that time he has been responsible for the strategic management and financial performance of the company. A current board member of ASIAL; Tom represents ASIAL on the Security Industry Council reporting to the NSW Police Ministers Department. Tom is also a current board member of the Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council (CPSISC) and the current chair of the Asset Security Training package, reviewing licensing and training requirements for the Australian security industry. Tom holds a Master of Management and Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree. Tom also holds a Certificate in Alarm Installation – reflecting his grass roots commitment to the industry he represents and the company he leads.
Bill Mason, Chief Financial Officer
Bill Mason is a professional financial manager with extensive senior management experience. After gaining a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) degree and qualifying as a chartered accountant, Bill spent 20 years with a “Top 5” chartered accounting firm. Bill is responsible for the finance, administration and IT functions. He has been instrumental in developing quality management systems.
Andrew Bartholomew, General Manager, Aviation Security
Andrew Bartholomew is responsible for the leadership of the Aviation Security Division. He has extensive workforce leadership and business management experience, gained in complex corporate divisions with large revenues. Andrew also has in-depth aviation knowledge, with 16 years experience working to general manager level in airline operations. Responsible for developing an award-winning in-flight service product for a major international airline, Andrew also implemented major cost-cutting change regimes in the airline industry.
John Fleming, General Manager, Electronic Security
John Fleming’s area of responsibility spans the electronic security division, from researching the latest security technology to implementation within a clients’ site. John is also responsible for the Monitoring Centres. With a strong background in electronics and IT management, John has worked with major companies across Australasia.
Brian Foster, General Manager, Strategy and Development
Brian Foster heads up the Strategy and Business Development portfolio at SNP, a position he has held since joining the company in 2002. He is part of a key team that works with the Managing Director in shaping the long-term future of SNP, and he is deeply involved in the acquisition of “good fit” businesses with a particular emphasis on monitoring. Brian, who holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Management, has over 35 years experience in the security industry. He is a Foundation Fellow of the AICD and a Fellow of AIM, evidence of his credentials over a long career.
Kevan Peters, General Manager, Protective Services
Kevan is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Protective Services Division, including the continuous improvement and delivery of guarding services. Kevan, who holds a BSc from Portsmouth University, has more than 25 years professional experience with one of the largest business services organisations in the world. This includes over 10 years experience at general management and managing director level.
Darlene Winston, Manager - People and Culture
Darlene is responsible for management of the human resources team. This is inclusive of organization design and development as well as strategic culture initatives across the SNP team. Darlene has experience at the Executive level across 4 sectors including offshore assignments across Asia, whilst based in China. Darlene has a Bachelors Degree in Business, Post Graduate in E-Commerce, Organisation Communication, Commerce and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Darlene is also a globally accredited change practitioner with Change-First.
