Grosvenor Place

The Grosvenor Place complex in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, is close to Sydney’s core banking, legal and finance sector, and the corporate home of many major companies. Conceived by Harry Seidler, the famed tower is a true Sydney landmark and one of the most striking buildings on Sydney’s harbour skyline. The building features an imposing three-storey ground floor entrance lobby and offers 44 levels of office accommodation covering 80,000m2.

SNP Security delivers a complete guarding solution for Grosvenor Place, including: a permanent Site Manager supervising a team of Security Officers; monitoring electronic building management systems, access control and CCTV; contingency planning for emergency situations; alarm response; concierge service and patrols.

SNP Security also manages the electronic security systems for Grosvenor Place. Building on the original system designed and installed by SNP in 1998, the electronic security was overhauled in 2008. The project includes a new purpose-built control room, upgraded security platform, 35 new access control doors, and a total upgrade of the CCTV system to an IP based system. Now complete, the total number of cameras covering Grosvenor Place exceeds 120.
