Recruitment and Training

We demand strong inter-personnel skills and SNP Security Officers are hand-picked for their strengths in this area. Rigorous recruitment screening is performed by our degree-qualified Human Resources team. Candidates are assessed for technical, verbal and physical capabilities, and against our company values to ensure that our Security Officers work as a team and maintain customer focus.

Recruitment is backed up by a fully-comprehensive training program. Site specific training is delivered by our Audit/Supervisory team, covering the specific needs of the site including emergency evacuation, WHS, risk minimisation, hazard identification and access control.

Account Management

To deliver the highest standard of customer service, a dedicated Account Manager is allocated to each permanent guarding site. Available around the clock, your Account Manager is further supported by SNP Security’s administration, rostering and personnel departments, allowing them the ability to respond to any request or concern you may have. Your Account Manager is the single point of contact for all queries related to your account as well as any additional security services such as alarm systems, monitoring, patrols and access control.

Site Supervision

A key difference when working with SNP Security is the level of supervision that we employ to ensure that our clients’ requirements are being met. Our decision not to focus purely on profit or reduce the level of supervision provided has proven to be a key factor in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

SNP Security has one of the highest ratios of supervisors to Security Officers in the industry. The supervisor’s role is to visit all permanent sites to ensure that security officer is complying with the clients’ requirements and to perform welfare checks. Each inspection is documented,the results are checked daily and emailed through at the beginning of each month. Your dedicated Account Manager will review the results frequently looking for ways to improve service delivery.
