Risk Management Planning

SNP Security works in partnership with major guarding sites to carry out a Risk Assessment and develop a Security Risk Management Plan and implement Security Polices and Procedures. SNP Security’s approach to security risk management is a discipline that helps you:

  • Establish security policies and procedures
  • Assess risks to better understand vulnerabilities
  • Implement the right amount of protection
  • Measure and enforce compliance
  • SNP utilises processes that comply with AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management
  • Our in-house risk assessment experts are accredited to Certificate IV Risk Assessment
  • Cater for your individual circumstances – e.g. building maintenance, gate duties, special events, mobile patrols, concierge, dog support services, system management, aviation security, electronic security

Site Operating Procedures (SOP)

Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adapted to specific SNP Security guarded sites, forming part of our ongoing quality assurance program. SNP Security staffs commit to Key Performance Indicators and monitor their achievements against the Service Level Agreement with the customer.
