When an alarm is triggered, a fast and reliable response is critical to ensure minimal loss or damage to your premises.

Our mobile response vehicles are equipped with cutting-edge communication and GPS equipment to ensure a prompt and accurate response. Patrol officers are linked to our Grade A1 Monitoring centres through our Automated Response Tracking system (ART), a software solution developed in-house which tracks progressive responses until a report is provided. It also ensures that the closest possible vehicle attends thus facilitating a speedier response.

In a recent audit of all alarm responses attended to nationally, SNP Security has an average response time of 18 minutes – which is less than half the industry standard of 45 minutes.
