Grade A1 Monitoring Centres
Our two Grade A1 SNP Security Monitoring Centres, based in Sydney and Newcastle, were created to exceed Australian Standard AS 2201–2- 2004 by delivering a remarkable level of remote observation. They contain the most modern monitoring infrastructure and systems known in the industry.
True redundancy means that the monitoring data will be replicated in both of our Grade A1 Centres. This redundancy operates in real-time, delivering true disaster recovery.
Customised monitoring is delivered throughout Australia, utilising the latest technologies – internet or independent networks – to transmit alarm information from your premises.
Our highly trained licensed operators are alert to the daily patterns of behaviour at each location in our care. At the first sign of any irregularity or disturbance, the monitoring centre teams take immediate action to reduce the risk to your property and possessions.
