Computer data, for instance, can often be even more valuable to a business than inventory.

To address fundamental business security issues, at SNP we have tailored our services in three basic ways to minimise threats to your assets.

Reaction

When you call SNP there are two outcomes by which we measure our efficiency - speed of response and time to total incident resolution.

Through our ART system we have integrated patrol response with our Monitoring Centre so that you can rest assured that an SNP reaction will be instant, with constant checking until confirmation of patrol arrival. This provides the most reliable service and total peace of mind.

Maintenance

We know that field equipment must be kept security-ready 24/7. The best of backup is only as effective as monitoring at the source.

If an alarm is faulty, any activation or malfunction is automatically reported to our Monitoring Centre who coordinates the SNP team of backup electronic security technicians. The Centre then monitors the location and the technicians’ progress until complete repair is affected and normal surveillance recommences.

Failsafe

It’s just not good enough to have one good plan, without fallback. So at SNP we have two Grade A1 Centres paralleling each other to address issues of redundancy. This means that in the event that one of our Centres comes off line, another seamlessly takes over, with absolutely no gap in your monitoring service.
